Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every brand we stock is 100% authentic, with fragrances inspired by the rich perfume traditions of the Middle East and Asia.
Which brands do you stock?
We stock a wide range of Middle Eastern and Asian fragrance houses including Bujairami, Lattafa, Velixir, CEVI, Le Bonheur, Laverne, Rayhaan, Paris Corner, Afnan, Almas and many more. Browse all perfumes.
What's the difference between Eau de Parfum and Extrait de Parfum?
Both are long-lasting perfume concentrations. Extrait de Parfum has the highest concentration of perfume oils, so it typically feels richer and more intense and lasts longer on the skin. Eau de Parfum is slightly lighter while still offering great performance – perfect for everyday wear.
How long do your perfumes last?
Longevity depends on the fragrance, your skin and the weather. Many of our scents are described as long-lasting, especially our Extrait de Parfum range. For best results, apply to pulse points on moisturised skin and avoid rubbing your wrists together.
How can I find a scent I'll love?
Shop by scent family – Gourmand, Oud, Fresh, Floral, Fruity and Woody. Each product page lists the key notes. Still unsure? Email us and we'll happily recommend something.
How much is UK delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £3.50 (2–3 working days), or FREE on orders of £29.99 and over. Express delivery is £4.50 (1–2 working days). All orders are sent with Royal Mail. See our Shipping Information page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — once available, any import duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (working days), and you'll receive an email once your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day no-quibble guarantee. Items must be unopened and unused in their original cellophane wrap. To start a return, email aurahouseofperfume@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the error is ours. Read the full Return Policy.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?
Please email aurahouseofperfume@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos. Keep any broken items, as we may need them for inspection. We'll arrange a replacement.

You can pay securely at checkout with major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
