Shipping Information – Aura House of Perfume

We deliver our perfumes across the United Kingdom with Royal Mail. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

UK Delivery Rates

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — once available, any import duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (working days). Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Courier

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email aurahouseofperfume@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it with your order number and photos. Please don't throw away any broken items, as we may need photographic evidence or the product itself for inspection. Once evidence is provided we will send a replacement for the faulty item.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of dispatch, it will be treated as lost. Please contact us at aurahouseofperfume@gmail.com and we'll offer you a full refund or a replacement – whichever you prefer.

Returns

We offer a 14-day no-quibble guarantee on unopened items in their original cellophane wrap. For full details see our Return Policy.
